Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that two applications were filed before the learned Trial Court seeking relaxation of bail conditions. Exhibit-52 was filed seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (ii) imposed vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Special Case No. 584 of 2024, below the common order at Exhibits 29 and 34, granting bail to the present applicants in Crime No. 267 of 2024 registered with Pishor Police Station. 4.
Learned counsel further submits that though Exhibit-70, seeking interim relaxation to enable applicant No.1 - Bhagwan to file Jhs/ 1/2
CRI WP NO. 148 OF 2026 nomination form, was partly allowed vide the impugned order dated 20.01.2026, the application at Exhibit-52, seeking relaxation of the condition for a period of one month, came to be rejected. The applicant was permitted to enter Kannad Taluka only for the purpose of filing nomination form for Zilla Parishad election on 21.01.2026. It is submitted that the petitioner has already submitted his nomination form on 21.01.2026; however, as the election process and campaigning is scheduled till 05.02.2026 and the results are to be declared on 07.02.2026, permission may be granted to the applicant to enter Kannad Taluka by relaxing condition No. (ii) imposed vide order dated 09.05.2025.

Hence, taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions and the urgency involved in the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP shall take steps to intimate respondent No.2 - informant about the present proceedings. The writ petition shall be listed for hearing on 30.01.2026 (High on Board).
