After hearing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the trial court in view of the newly added offences, seeking anticipatory bail.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court for bail. Since the petitioner was released on regular bail vide order dated 1.11.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Omerga in Criminal Bail Application No. 147 of 2025, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of two weeks.
