After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners agrees for directing the petitioners to appear before the "State Police Complaint Authority" to redress their grievance. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, petitioners would appear before the State Police Complaint Authority as per Section 22P of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 within two weeks. 3.

As such, if the petitioners appear before the said committee, the committee shall look into their grievance and decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from the date on which the petitioners file their
