The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Latur for carrying out further investigation of Crime No.226/2022 dated 26.08.2022 of Murud Police Station, through Local Crime Branch, Latur. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner reveals from his application dated 07.10.2022 filed before the Superintendent of Police, Latur. Under the said application, petitioner has claimed that his son-in-law Ulhas, his parents and his fiancee Suvarna Dhembre hatched conspiracy and committed murder of his grand-son Shivam. The motive behind the said murder was that Ulhas wanted to marry Suverna.
(2) Cri.WP.215.2026.odt 4.
However, the charge-sheet in the aforesaid crime has already been filed after due investigation. Moreover, in the said charge-sheet, Ulhas Vishnu Dolare alongwith his parents Vishnu and Laxmibai and also Suvarna Vishwanath Dhembre are made accused and allegations against them are similar to the aforesaid application of the petitioner. Thus, it appears that Murud Police Station Authorities have registered crime against all the aforesaid persons as claimed by the petitioner and also filed charge-sheet against them.
5.
Under such circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition and there is no need for issuing any direction as claimed by the petitioner. In view of the same, the Criminal Writ Petition stands dismissed as it's purpose is now served. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE) (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE JUDGE VD_Dhirde
