The record shows that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, as per the Roznama, heard arguments from both sides on Exhibit-10 in Sessions Case No.212 of 2022 on 02/08/2025. However, thereafter, till date, no order has been passed on Exhibit10, i.e., the discharge application. In such peculiar circumstances, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, to decide Exhibit-10 in Sessions Case No. 212 of 2022 within a period of two months from the next date, i.e., 15/05/2026.
