Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitions are filed seeking a direction to the 4th Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Aurangabad, to decide RCC No.1128 of 2018 within a stipulated period of 90 days. However, upon perusal of the Roznama, it appears that the petitioners have already filed an application for separation of their trial from the other accused, which is presently pending for arguments. The next date is fixed as 10/04/2016 for that purpose.

It is pertinent to note that the Hon'ble Apex Court, vide order dated 14/10/2025, has already directed the concerned Judicial Magistrate (First Class) to conduct the trial of the aforesaid case expeditiously and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above, we expect that the learned Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Aurangabad, shall conclude the trial expeditiously in terms of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

With these observations, the present writ petitions stand disposed of.
