At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready to deposit the cost of Rs. 20,000/-, to be paid to the complainant and his Counsel, who remained present for the entire day on 09.02.2026, in pursuance of the order setting aside the 'no cross' passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad, on an application filed by the accused Petitioner herein, to demonstrate his bona fides.

Permission is granted to the Petitioner to deposit the amount of cost of Rs.20,000/- before this Court within a period of one week.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 18.03.2026. Hamdast is allowed.
