The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of Rs. 20,000/- is deposited to show the bonafides in pursuance to the order dated 11.3.2026. Though the respondent sole is served, nobody has turned up to represent the respondent sole. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that matter is kept for recording statement of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. before the trial court.

Thus, taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, stand over to 2nd April, 2026 by way of last chance to the respondent to put his appearance.

In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C) which reads thus :- "Till pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the proceedings in SCC No. 15582 of 2025 may kindly be stayed."
