By way of this petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the learned Trial Court that is Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahada to dispose the criminal case bearing R.C.C. No.19/2016 within a period of one year. Learned APP has not raised any serious objection as the case is pending since 2016. In view of the same, the petition stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'. The petitioner is directed to cooperate and to see there shall not be unnecessary adjournment. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
