Learned APP placed on record the communication dated 04.05.2025, mentioning the current status of investigation. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. As per the order dated 20.04.2026, passed by this Court, the investigating machinery has already recorded statements of two witnesses as directed by us. Further in respect of C.D.R., the investigating officer has stated in the aforesaid communication 'X' that, every efforts are being made to get the C.D.R., and location of the mobile number of accused and necessary directions to that effect are also given to

Further, it has been undertaken by the investigating officer that as and when the C.D.R., are received of the said mobile, those will be submitted before the concerned Court as supplementary charge-sheet under Section 173(8) of Code of Criminal Procedure. We treat this communication as an undertaking given to this Court. In view of the same, the petition stands disposed of.
