The learned APP placed on record the current status of investigation in form of the communication dated 05.05.2026. 2.

On going through the same, it is clearly evident that the investigating agency is trying hard to trace out the missing girl. As such, we direct the investigating agency to intensify its search for the missing girl.

IN CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 428 OF 2026 .

By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to conduct the investigating of Crime No.121 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025 registered with Naigaon police station District Nanded in a fair and

2 988.doc impartial manner and to complete the same and file charge-sheet as early as possible.

Admittedly, the FIR was lodged long back on 13.06.2025. However, on going through the progress report of the investigation, it appears that the investigating officer is taking every effort to trace out the missing girl of the petitioner.

The learned APP submits that since, the missing girl is not traced out yet, the investigating officer has not filed charge-sheet. However, from the documents on record it can be seen that every efforts are being made by the investigating agency and they are trying to trace out the missing girl as well as the accused by adopting all possible methods.

As such, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition considering the steps taken by the investigating agency. Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of. ( ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. ) ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) vsj..
