The missing girl along with her relatives from her husband's side suo moto appeared before this Court. On making interaction with the missing girl she stated that she on her own will had left the house of her parents and went with one Gaurav Damodar Dake, on 18.02.2026. She further stated that her date of birth is 11.03.2008 and on 10th or 11th of March 2026, she has completed her age of 18 years. She also stated that on 17.03.2026 she with her own free will got married with Gaurav Damodar Dake,

2 59.Crl.WP.469.26.odt at Rajdeep Mangal Karyalay, Alandi. According to her at present she is residing with her husband Gaurav Damodar Dake at Pune. Since the missing girl has attained majority she is entitled to reside anywhere as per her own will. In view of the same, we cannot issue writ of habeas corpus in this matter and the missing girl is set at liberty to reside with anyone of her own choice. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
