By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.1 for deciding his application dated 15.01.2026 for furlough leave. However, the learned APP, on instructions, made a statement that the aforesaid application of the petitioner will be decided by Respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today.

Under such circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition with direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the application of petitioner dated 15.01.2026 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of this order.
