After hearing for sometime, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to move an application through the Public Prosecutor for preparation of a transcript of the CCTV footage collected by the prosecution and submitted before the trial Court along with the charge-sheet. 2.

Permission is granted. The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If such an application is moved by the Complainant/Petitioner herein through the Public Prosecutor, the same shall be decided on its own merits expeditiously and, in any case, not later than one month from the date of filing.
