The Petitioners challenge the order dated 02.04.2026 passed by the trial Court on the application filed by the accused at Exhibit-119, wherein the accused requested the learned trial Court to take note of the suggestions given by the learned APP to the prosecution witnesses while recording their depositions 2.
After hearing for sometime the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the petition upon instructions,, as this Court was not inclined to entertain the petition against an order which merely defers the consideration of the application at the time of pronouncement of the judgment. 3.
Permission is granted.

The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
It is however, made clear that the objection raised by the accused persons in the application at Exhibit-119, regarding the suggestions given by the learned APP to the prosecution witnesses, shall be considered on its own merits at the stage of final arguments in the trial.
