The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the statement of wife of the petitioner has been already recorded by the concerned police station through Video Conferencing, wherein she has stated that petitioner and his family members used to torture her and made her to starve. Admittedly, the wife of petitioner is major and it appears matrimonial dispute. As such, we do not deem it appropriate to issue any writ of Habeas Corpus in this matter. 2.
