The direction sought in this writ petition is that Respondent No. 2 - the Commissioner of Police, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, be directed to decide the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 30/12/2025. The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that Respondent No. 2 will decide the said complaint/representation within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 - the Commissioner of Police, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to decide the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 30/12/2025 within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
