Heard. Though the petitioner is claiming certain compensation in respect of the illegal detention of his two vehicles, the record shows that the petitioner has already filed an application to that effect before Respondent No.2-Collector, Hingoli dated 23.03.2026. 2.

In view of the same, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.2-Collector, Hingoli to decide the said application dated 23.03.2026, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and in the light of inquiry reports, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of this order.
