Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since last two years, the proposal for premature release of the petitioner is not decided by the respondent No.1.

Considering the huge delay in deciding the said proposal, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 01.04.2025 within two weeks from the date of this order.
