Today, daughters of Petitioner namely, Divya Yogesh Alhat and Riya Yogesh Alhat were brought before this Court. Presently, they are residing with Respondent No.5 (paternal aunt). The Petitioner is seeking their custody alleging that Respondent No.5 has illegally kept them in her custody. 2.

On interaction with minors, prima facie it appears that they have reservations about conduct of Petitioner. Both of them appears to be comfortable with Respondent No.5 and expressed to continue to reside with her. Although Petitioner is natural guardian, looking to will of minors, it would not be proper to direct their custody to Petitioner pending decision in present Writ Petition. 3.

Stand over to 11th June, 2026.

The Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 shall ensure presence of minors before this Court on next date. Till then, their custody with Respondent No.5 be continued.
