Learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 6 submits that, the wife of the petitioner is residing with respondents No.5

Learned counsel for the petitioner expressed apprehension in mind that the respondents No.5 and 6 have confined the wife of the petitioner in their house. 5.

In view of the above, list this petition on 29th May 2026. 6.

In the meanwhile, respondents No.5 and 6 undertake that they will not take any steps prejudicial to the safety or life of the petitioner's wife.
