Though the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to decide the proposal for grant of marriage parole to the petitioner's husband, but today the learned APP has placed on record a communication dated 12/06/2026 indicating that the said proposal has been rejected by respondent No. 1. 2.

In view of the aforesaid development, the present petition has become infructuous, as the proposal for grant of marriage parole has already been decided and rejected by respondent No. 1.
