Criminal Revision Application No.377 of 2026 with Criminal Revision Application No.36 of 2026 was referred to the learned Mediator working on the Mediation Panel of this Court.

Both the learned Counsels for the parties submit that on 25.03.2025, the parties arrived at an amicable settlement between them and the settlement terms have also been reduced into writing. The said settlement terms are also signed by the respective learned Counsels representing the respective parties.

Parties are personally present before this Court. It appears that the settlement terms were referred to the learned Mediator and learned Mediator vide his covering letter has disclosed that the mediation has been successful and the terms of settlement are annexed to the report.

In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Application no.36 of 2026 itself is disposed of in terms of settlement terms.

The judgment and order dated 19.01.2026, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner in Criminal Appeal No.18 of 2013 and the judgment and order dated 24.07.2023, passed by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangamner in SCC no.1041 of 2021 are quashed and set aside.

Bail bonds if any, stand discharged.
