DATE : MARCH 27, 2026 ORDER :- This Criminal Revision Application arises out of the order dated 04.12.2018, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar, directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the respondent. The petitioner has taken up that order in challenge in Criminal Appeal No.61 of 2024 before learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar. Vide order dated 20.12.2025, learned Addl. Sessions Judge has dismissed the appeal and the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of arrears. As against that, the petitioner husband is before this court. 2.

At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, stand over to 17.04.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to

It is made clear that this court has not stayed any execution proceedings or effect of any order passed by any court.
