Criminal Revision Application No. 91 of 2026 and its connected applications were not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board and decided along with Criminal Revision Application No. 89 of 2026 and its connected applications.

Both above revisions are filed challenging the orders conviction dated 22.12.2022 passed by learned JMFC, Aurangabad in SCC No. 9583 of 2019 and SCC No. 9012 of 2019 respectively, for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (NI Act) which orders have also been confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in respective appeals.

Respondent Anil s/o Namdeo Borde, i.e. original complainant in both, SCC. No. 9583 of 2019 and SCC No. 9012 of 2019, is present in court today. He submits that he has no grievance left and he also has no objection for disposing the matters as settled. Consent terms/compromise pursis dated 11.03.2026 between the parties in both Revisions are placed on record. The same are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Both, learned counsel for Revision Petitioners and learned counsel for respondent, are present in Court. They also unanimously submit that the matter has been settled. In view of the settlement, the following order is passed :

ORDER

I.

Both the Criminal Revision Applications are disposed off as settled in terms of the consent terms/compromise pursis. II.

Both impugned orders dated 22.12.2022 passed by learned JMFC (Court No.14), Aurangabad in SCC No. 9583 of 2019 and SCC No. 9012 of 2019 respectively, which are confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2023 and Criminal Appeal No. 12 of 2023 respectively, are hereby set aside. III.

Revision Petitioners-Accused Bhausaheb s/o Ramrao Jadhav and Sau. Mangal w/o Bhausaheb Jadhav stand acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of the NI Act.

Revision Petitioner-Accused Bhausaheb s/o Ramrao Jadhav, who is reported to be behind bars, be released forthwith, if not required in any other crime.

V.

As there is said to be marriage in the family of accused, learned APP is requested to communicate this order to the concerned police/jail authorities today itself.

VI.
