In the morning session, the matter was called out. At that time, learned A.P.P. sought time to obtain instructions from the Investigating Officer as to whether he had filed the charge-sheet in the matter. 2.

After passing over the matter, learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submitted that on 20th August, 2025, the Investigating Officer has filed the charge-sheet bearing no. 299 of 2025 in the Court, and therefore, this Application has become infructuous, as Condition (A) which the Applicant has sought to be relaxed is not in force. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Applicant desires to withdraw the Application as the Application becomes infructuous. His statement is accepted.
