By the present appeal, the appellant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 278 of 2025 registered with Pimpalner Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under sections 108, 351(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, under sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),of Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and sections 23, 39, 45, 46, 48 of the Maharashtra Money Lending Act. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21.01.2026. Leaned APP waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.1 State. 4.
