Mr. Ghodke, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has filed service affidavit stating that, as per the order dated 07.01.2026, the notice was issued to the respondent no.2 by registered speed post and as per the track report the respondent no.2 is duly served with notice dated 14.01.2026 at about 2.00 p.m.

Despite the service of notice, the respondent no. 2/Informant has failed to appear in the matter. Therefore, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad is hereby directed to appoint a counsel from the panel, to defend the cause on behalf of the respondent No. 2.
