After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks time to file certain documents on record pertaining to Crime No. 143 of 2022 registered with Peth-Beed Police Station, District Beed on 09.07.2022. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 victim also seeks time to file reply.

Considering the nature of the dispute, the appellants in Criminal Appeal No. 987 of 2025 and Criminal Appeal No. 8 of 2026, as well as Respondent No. 2/informant, shall remain present before this Court on 18.03.2026 to explore the possibility of settlement of the dispute.
