By the present appeal, the appellant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 273 of 2025 registered on 28.11.2025 with Sonkhed Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under sections 118, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, under sections 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s), 3(2), 3(v) of Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

On the face of record, it appears that the present appellant, on trifling dispute of watering the slab, assaulted respondent no.2 and abused on his caste.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27.01.2026. Leaned APP waives notice on behalf of Respondent

On perusal of record, I am satisfied that till next date, the appellant needs to be protected. Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(A) In the event of arrest of the appellant Sunil Sheshrao Ghatol Crime No. 273 of 2025 registered on 28.11.2025 with Sonkhed Police Station, Dist. Nanded, he shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/-[Rupees Fifty Thousand only] with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount till next date, on following conditions:
(i) The appellant shall attend Sonkhed Police Station, Dist. Nanded on every Friday between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation.
(ii) The appellant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not issue any threat to the prosecution witnesses. (B) Investigating Officer to serve Respondent no.2 an submit report. ( Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ) JPChavan
