By the present appeal, the appellant/accused is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.580/2025 registered with Nandurbar City Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 310(2), 311 of the BNS Act and under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents made returnable on 30.01.2026. The learned APP waives notice for respondent no.1. The notice of respondent no.2 be served to the Investigating Officer.
