The present appeal is instituted on 26.11.2025, challenging the order dated 06.11.2025, passed below Exh.01 in Criminal Bail Application No.546 of 2024 by the learned Special Judge, Rahata, thereby declined to release the appellants on anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.456 of 2024, registered with Rahata Police Station District Ahilyanagar on 06.10.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of B.N.S., under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Though the matter was circulated for 19.01.2026, none was appeared, therefore, the matter was adjourned to 02.02.2026. On that day also, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the matter was posted on 06.02.2026 and subsequently on 27.02.2026.

On 27.02.2026, this Court passed the following order:- "1.

None appeared for the appellants.

The record shows that on 19.01.2026 and 02.02.2026 none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Further, on 06.02.2026 adjournment was sought on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, it appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Stand over to 06.04.2026." 5.

Despite of this fact, none appears for the appellants. Therefore, it shows that the appellants have no interest while prosecuting the appeal. Hence, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
