As per the office note, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants has not supplied the sealed envelopes containing the address of respondent No.3 victim / informant. Hence, no notice has been issued.

Needless to say that on 21.01.2026, this Court has passed the order and issued notice to the respondents and
(( 2 )) 903-Cri-Apeal-23, 27-2026 protected the present appellants from arrest by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail on certain conditions. However, the applicants have failed to supply the address of respondent No.3 / victim in sealed envelopes, which is mandatory for issuance of the notice. Therefore, the ad-interim order granted by this Court is hereby recalled. 3.
The appellants to submit sealed envelopes containing the address of respondent No.3 / victim, within a period of one week from today. After the compliance is made, issue notice to respondent No.3, returnable on 25.02.2026.
