The learned APP places on record the communication dated 24.03.2026, issued by the S.D.P.O., Ahilyanagar, raising grievance that the bailable warrant issued against the informant Tushar Savant Bhosale, is not received till date. The said communication is taken on record and marked as Exhibit - "X" for identification.

In view of above, issue fresh bailable warrant as against respondent No.3 Tushar Savant Bhosale, in the sum of Rs.10,000/-, returnable on 02.04.2026.
