Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. 2.

By the present appeal, the appellant/accused in Crime No.298/2025 registered with Sakri Police Station, Dist. Dhule challenges the legality and validity of order dated 07.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Criminal Bail Application No.1221/2025, thereby declining to enlarge the appellants/accused on prearrest bail. On perusal of FIR, it appears that the incident of abusement on caste to the informant/respondent no.2 occurred in front of Hotel Sundar Beer Baar, Sakhri Road, Dhule.
