By the present appeal, the appellant takes exception to the order dated 17.01.2026, passed below Exh. 13 in Special Case No.356 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5, Ahilyanagar, whereby declined to grant regular bail in connection with Crime No.568 of 2025 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 118(2), 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(20, 352 of B.N.S., under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (va), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
