By the present appeal the appellant/accused takes exception to the order dated 17.01.2026, passed by the learned Sessions Judge/Special Court, Nandurbar, in Criminal Bail Application No. 445 of 2025 and prayed for releasing him on regular bail, in connection with the Crime No. 258 of 2025, registered with Upnagar Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offence punishable under Sections 103 (1), 109, 352, 353(2), 351(1), 351(3), 49, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita
