By the present appeal, the appellant seeks regular bail in connection with the Crime No. 3 of 2025, registered with Deopur Police Station, District Dhule, for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 126(2), 189(2), 190, 191(3), 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act.
