Heard the learned counsel Mr. Kale, appearing for the appellant.

By the present appeal, filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short "the Atrocities Act"), the appellant takes exception to the order dated 13.01.2026, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 577 of 2025, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Hingoli under the Atrocities Act and thereby declined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant.

As per the contents of the First Information Report, the incident of slur language on caste appears to be occurred on the public road and within the public view and one month time has been lapsed

908criapeal116.26 from the date of the impugned order. Therefore, it will be just and proper to put the respondents on notice.

Accordingly, issue notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, returnable on 20.02.2026.

The learned APP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 & 2-State.
