By the present appeal under Section 14 A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 read with Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the appellants takes exception to the order dated 20.12.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Court, Ambad, District Jalna, in Criminal Bail

(( 2 )) 906-Cri-Apeal-119-2026 Application No.484 of 2025 and seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.490 of 2025, registered on 17.09.2025 with Ghansawangi Police Station, District Jalna, for the offence punishable under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 151(2), 352, 189(2), 191(2), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3, 25 of the Arms Act.
