By the present appeal, the appellant accused takes exception to the order dated 09.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shrigonda in Criminal B.A. No. 42 of 2026 and seeks regular bail in connection with Crime No. 35/2026 registered with Shrigonda Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under sections 103(1), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and under sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
