By the present appeal, the appellant is seeking for quashment of order dated 13.02.2026, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kaij, District Beed, below Exh.1 in Criminal Bail Application No.36 of 2026 and thereby declined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant / accused in connection with Crime No.30 of 2026, registered with Kaij Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 75, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., under Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(w)(i) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
