By the present appeal, the appellant takes exception to the order dated 23.02.2026, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Court, Kaij, in Criminal Bail Application No.47 of 2026, whereby declined to release the appellant / accused on regular bail in connection with Crime No.57 of 2026, registered with Kaij Police Station on 06.02.2026, for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 115(2) of B.N.S., under Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
