By the present appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the appellant / accused is challenging the order dated 05.03.2026, passed below Exh.35 in Special Case No. 101 of 2025, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge, Sangamner, thereby declined to grant regular bail to the appellant / accused in connection with Crime No.293 of 2025,

(( 2 )) 926-Cri-Apeal-198-2026 registered with Ghargaon Police Station, District Ahilyanagar on 01.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 64(1), 351(1), 351(3), 3(5) and 70 of the B.N.S., under Sections 3(2)(v), 3(1)(w) (i), 3(1)(w)(ii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
