Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. By the present appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellant/accused takes exception to the order dated 17.02.2026 passed below Exh. in Cri. B.A. No.84/2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded thereby declined to release the appellant/accused on regular bail in connection with Crime No.012/2026 registered with Hadgaon Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offence punishable under Section 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS Act and under Section 3(2)(va), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
