By the present appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellants/original accused take exception to the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge (under the SC & ST Atrocities Act), Paithan in Criminal Bail Application No. 27 of 2026, whereby the learned Judge declined to release the present appellant on pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.258/2026, registered with Pachod Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural), for the offences punishable under Sections 189,(2), 191(2), 352, 351

(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, made returnable on 15.04.2026.
