By the present appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellants/original accused take exception to the order dated 04.03.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge (under the SC & ST Atrocities Act), Aurangabad, in Criminal Bail Application No. 71 of 2025, whereby the learned Special Judge declined to release the present appellant on regular bail in connection with Crime No.221/2025, registered with Vedant Nagar Police Station, District Chh. Sambhajinagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 70(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(w), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Issue notice to the respondents, made returnable on 22.04.2026.
