Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants. By the present appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellants/accused take exception to the order dated 09.03.2026 passed in Criminal B.A. No.76/2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Hingoli thereby declined to release the appellants/accused on anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.040/2026 registered with Kalamnuri Police Station, Dist. Hingoli for the offence punishable under Section 74, 76, 79, 189(2), 190, 191(2)(3), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 126(2), 296, 191(3) of the BNS Act and under Section 3(1)(w), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.
