Heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. However, learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submitted that in the present case, the Investigating Officer has seized the pen drive containing the recording of the incident, as per the panchanama. Therefore, learned A.P.P. seeks time to produce the same before the Court. 2.
By way of last chance, time is granted. The Investigating Officer is directed to produce the video recording of the incident, as well as the panchanama under which the video recording is seized. If the Investigating Officer fails to produce the same, an adverse inference will be drawn. It is made clear that no further time will be granted. Stand over to 29th April, 2026. ( ABHAY J.
