By the present appeal under Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellant / accused takes exception to the order dated 12.03.2026, passed by the learned Special Judge (Under SC & ST Act), Aurangabad and declined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant / accused in Crime No 60 of 2026, registered with City Chowk Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 118(1), 115(2), 352,

(( 2 )) 22-Cri-Apeal-222-2026 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of B.N.S., under Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15.04.2026.

The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1.

In addition to the regular mode, the appellant is permitted to serve respondent No.2 by private mode. 6.
